A story about a strange visitor and reactions to him. When he tells them what's in his suitcase, they're suspicious and don't believe him. Beautifully illustrated, and just enough words for the children to work out for themselves how the visitor was treated and what they would do in the circumstance, and at the same time understand the power of making amends.
Eleanor says: "all three animals are rude, especially Fox. The animals
were disappointing - I think Fox was ashamed. They thought the new animal was
weird, and that he was lying. I think the Fox broke the teacup with the rock.
The animals said sorry for breaking his suitcase. And then they all became
friends and they were all happy"
